2. Hosting provider
The site creativ.acerfi.net is hosted on a server administered by ACERFI, leased from Hostinger International Ltd — 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus.
Data is stored and served from Europe. The site is published with MAYA Enterprise.
3. Intellectual Property
The entire site (texts, visuals, logos, source code, navigation structure) is the exclusive property of ACERFI Créativ or its partners, unless otherwise noted. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization. The third-party brands mentioned (Microsoft, HeyGen, Synthesia, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Personal data
ACERFI Créativ collects only data strictly necessary for the tasks entrusted by its clients or for contact requests. The data are stored securely and are never sold to third parties.

5. Cookies

6. General terms of service
- Quote : Any quotation issued by ACERFI Créativ is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Deposit : 30 to 50 % upon signing the quotation, balance according to the agreed schedule.
- Payment methods : Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo), bank transfer, cash.
- Deliverables : all source files are delivered to the client upon completion of the service. ACERFI Créativ reserves a portfolio right (to present the work done) unless explicit confidentiality agreement.
- Governing law : Cameroon. In case of dispute, the courts of Yaoundé have jurisdiction.
